Resetting the WatchDog configuration will allow you to clear all users and settings and start afresh. To reset the configuration, you will need to open the uninstall program. There are several ways to open the uninstall program:

• Go to Help | Uninstall in the WatchDog menu.
• Go to Uninstall in the Start Menu| Programs | WatchDog Menu
• Go to Start | Run and type “WatchDogUninstall.exe”
• Go to the Control Panel’s Add/Remove Programs.

All of these should take you to the uninstall/reset screen shown below

Select “Reset configuration and start clean” and click “Next”
