To help us diagnose the problem, could you please do the following:

  1. Go to the Parent Screen in WatchDog (Double-click on the WatchDog icon in the System Tray in the bottom-right corner of the screen)
  2. Select “File | Export” from the menu.
  3. Pick a place to temporarily save an export file, and name it something like “watchdog.wdc”
  4. Select “All Users” and “Configuration”
  5. Email us the resulting file.

Also, please attach the watchdog_main.log file from C:\Program Files\WatchDog\ or C:\Program Files\WatchDog\logs directory.
