To help us diagnose the problem, could you please do the following:
- Go to the Parent Screen in WatchDog (Double-click on the WatchDog icon in the System Tray in the bottom-right corner of the screen)
- Select “File | Export” from the menu.
- Pick a place to temporarily save an export file, and name it something like “watchdog.wdc”
- Select “All Users” and “Configuration”
- Email us the resulting file.
Also, please attach the watchdog_main.log file from C:\Program Files\WatchDog\ or C:\Program Files\WatchDog\logs directory.
