If you wish to add a new user to the WatchDog user database, please follow these steps:

1. Log in with a parent account.
2. Double-click on the WatchDog icon in the “System Tray.”
3. Select Users | Add User… in the menu.
   
4. In the Add New User Wizard, you will be guided through the simple process of adding a new WatchDog user.
   
5. Please enter the name and password for the new user below. If you want the user to be able to modify WatchDog settings, change and add users, and shut WatchDog down, enable Parent Rights for them.
   
6. You may select the default settings for this user.
   • No Security is recommended for Parent Users.
   • Time Restricting Security is recommended for most normal users.
   • Activities Monitoring is recommended if you want WatchDog to operate in the background, so the user does not know it is running.
   
7. The timing period is how often the user’s free time will be refreshed.
   
8. You have now completed the setup for this user! Please press “Close” to continue.
