You can access this screen by following these steps:

1. Log in with a parent account
2. Double-click on the user or group account you wish to modify
3. In the left navigation bar, click on Programs
4. Click on the By Window Title tab

This feature allows you to close a program based on a keyword in the window title. To enable this feature, make sure the Restrict what application titles can be run checkbox is checked. To add a keyword to the blacklist, click on Add Manually….

To add programs that you have currently open, but do not want other users to be able to run, click on Add Running…
