Advance Filtering

Advanced filtering is a service that will filter all web traffic leaving your computer. If this service is enabled, internet restrictions will apply for any web browser. For example, if you have a user set up with a list of blocked websites, the blocking will take place regardless of the web browser the user was running (Internet Explorer, Firefox, AOL, etc.). If this service is not enabled, then WatchDog will apply internet restrictions to Internet Explorer only.

NOTICE: This feature filters all traffic leaving your computer. If you experience any issues with other programs (such as IM conversations or RSS feeds) check your keyword blacklist/whitelist and compare it with items in your log file.
